"More Sad News"
Linda Colleen "Cough" Callan (wife of ITPA 1050# Super Stock puller, Joe Callan), 48 of Assumption, Illinois passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning Nov. 17, 2009 in their home surrounded by family.
 
Visitation - 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, 2009 at the Seitz Funeral Home in Assumption, Illinois.

Funeral Mass - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Assumption, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research or C.A.M.P.

           2008 ITPA Awards Banquet

The 2008 Illinois Tractor Pulling Association's Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois.  More than 440 people were in attendance to honor our sponsors, point winners and ITPA special award winners.  Over $65,000 in point fund money, Burrus seed corn, cash and door prizes were awarded.  Congratulations to all ITPA point champions and special award winners.  2008 ITPA Special Award winners were:

Best Appearing Stock - Darrell Meese
Best Appearing Truck - David Justison
Best Appearing Modified- Lynch Mob
